課程概述

This course covers classical mechanics, oscillations and waves, and thermodynamics, Chapters 1-20 of the textbook,
D. Halliday, R. Resnick and J. Walker, ``Principles of Physics'', 10th Edition, Wiley (2014). 

課程目標
The students will have a basic understanding of classical mechanics, waves, and thermodynamics. Moreover, they will learn how solve physical problems with calculus and vector algebra.  
課程要求
The students are required to attend the classes on Wednesday and Friday, to work out the Problem Sets by himself/herself, and to take the Midterm and Final exams.
